The team Centaurus Racing presents it Amphion, designed to optimize performance and reliability in Formula Student competitions.

Chassis and Construction

• The chassis consists of a tubular steel alloy frame, with an emphasis on rigidity and low weight.

The body and aerodynamic elements are made of carbon fiber, improving aerodynamic performance and reducing overall weight.

Aerodynamics

• The Amphion features front and rear spoilers, designed to increase downforce and stability when driving at high speeds.

The aerodynamic study is supported by CFD computational models and experimental data from a wind tunnel.

Suspension and Steering System

• Front and rear double wishbone suspension, fully adjustable, allows adaptation to different track conditions.

• The steering system offers precise handling with minimal dead travel.

Control and Telemetry Systems

• The electronic control system manages the performance of the engine and batteries in real time.

• Telemetry allows for continuous monitoring of critical parameters, such as temperatures, voltages and engine speeds.
